How to troubleshoot the error Can't connect to the SMARTdoc Gateway. Please follow these next steps in order to solve this issue.
- Click Yes and verify the IP address and Port (default Port is 4000) to connect to the SMARTdoc Server. Fill in the correct IP address when empty or incorrect. (On the SMARTdoc Server the IP address is usually 127.0.0.1) Click OK to save and restart SMARTdoc.
- If the error persists click No. Check if the SMARTdoc Gateway is running on the SMARTdoc Server. More info.
- If the error still persist check if your firewall is blocking port 4000. Contact your IT administrator for further assistance when needed.
